Hi, I’m Dr. Amara Yoro.
I’m a Holistic Health & Nutrition Specialist, Gut Health Consultant, Family Health Coach, and ABA Autism Behavioral Specialist. I’m also a wife and a mom of two, so I understand that healthy living has to fit into everyday life. It has to be practical, realistic, and something you can actually stick with. My journey into health and nutrition started with my own story.
I struggled with hormonal imbalances and infertility, and that experience completely changed the way I looked at health. As I became more intentional about nourishing my body and supporting my health naturally, I began to see changes that gave me hope. It opened my eyes to what is possible when we care for our bodies and focus on the root causes, not just the symptoms.
Since 2021, I’ve been helping adults, children, and families improve their health through practical nutrition and lifestyle changes. Whether you’re struggling with digestive issues, inflammation, food sensitivities, low energy, or you’re a parent looking for ways to better support your child’s health, I’m here to help. My approach is never about perfection or one size fits all advice. It’s about meeting you where you are and helping you make simple, sustainable changes that fit your life and support lasting health.

I don’t believe you need another complicated meal plan or a long list of foods you can’t eat.
I believe you need someone who will listen, understand your story, and help you create a plan that actually fits your life.
Together, we’ll take things one step at a time. My goal is to help you feel confident in the choices you make, not overwhelmed by them.
I work with adults, children, and families who need support with:
Gut health and digestive concerns
Anti-inflammatory nutrition
Family nutrition
Picky eating
Parent-led communication support for children with autism
Starting solids
Holistic cancer recovery coaching
Healthy grocery shopping and everyday nutrition
Whether we work together for one consultation or through one of my coaching programs, my goal is simple: to help you feel better and give you practical tools you can use long after we’re done working together.
